The Clover Fabric Tube Maker can be used to stitch together 2.5 inch strips of fabric and batting for making "Jelly roll" rugs, baskets, and more!
You may use pre-cut batting strips, either 2.25 or 2.5 inches wide. If you cut your own strips, use a light weight batting.
